About Goldmint
Goldmint offers a crypto asset called GOLD, which is a token on the Mint blockchain. The price of the GOLD token is pegged to the price of 1 troy ounce of 24K gold on the London Metal Exchange (LME). Users can buy or sell gold in any volume at the exchange price after completing a KYC process and approving their wallet on the Mint blockchain. About the Role
You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives, keeping everything aligned with business goals and growth targets. You will work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that best meet user needs and marketing goals. You will collaborate with product teams to deeply understand features and capabilities, translating them into clear and compelling messaging for different customer segments. You will partner with content, demand gen, and product teams to build assets such as one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case studies. You will manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of launch activities including content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, and email marketing. You will work with KOLs and influencers across the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to promote products, build brand awareness, and engage users. You will define KPIs for GTM success and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies, with at least 2 years in the crypto/Web3 or blockchain space
- Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader Web3 ecosystem, with experience in competitive analysis, market research, and crafting GTM strategies
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team, and comfort in a startup environment where priorities shift
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise
