About the Role
You will own product marketing across Bitpanda's full customer lifecycle — from the moment a user lands on Home and starts discovering assets, to the day they earn their first benefit, transact with their Bitpanda Card, deepen their relationship through Subscriptions and Loyalty, and navigate compliance with confidence. Reporting directly to the GM of Customer Experience and embedded within the Customer Experience team, you will build the PMM function for the domain from the ground up: defining the positioning, shaping the narratives and driving the go-to-market execution that turns product capability into customer behaviour. This is a role for someone who is ready to define what good looks like — because they'll be the one defining it.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing in a high-growth B2C consumer platform — fintech, crypto broker, neobank or marketplace preferred
- Track record of owning GTM initiatives end to end
- Experience leading GTM launches independently and ready to take the next step
- Strong product intuition and understanding of product trade-offs
- Excellent messaging and writing skills for retail investor audiences
- Comfortable with behavioural data, funnel analysis and user research
- Commercial understanding of how a consumer platform makes money
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with product, compliance, risk and operations teams
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product marketing strategy across the Customer Experience domain
- Build the PMM playbook from the ground up for how Bitpanda brings products to market
- Own GTM end to end for new features and product improvements, from positioning and messaging through to launch execution and adoption measurement
- Partner with PM leads from day one of each initiative as a strategic co-owner
- Align with CRM, paid and social teams to amplify reach
- Build always-on marketing programmes that deepen engagement across the customer lifecycle
- Identify underperforming segments and design targeted interventions
- Own the messaging strategy that keeps users coming back
- Define and own the messaging framework for the domain
- Prevent fragmentation as product offerings grow in parallel
- Run user research, synthesise behavioural data and track the competitive landscape
- Define success metrics before every launch and own the reporting framework for the domain
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Customer Operations to turn regulatory and security milestones into clear user communications
