About the Role
You will manage ordering, receiving, inventory, spending, staff scheduling, payroll, deliveries, event support, cleanliness, training, and performance reviews for food-service operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of inventory experience
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail food-service experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Ability to carry items up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Availability for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel to other SpaceX locations for significant or extended periods as needed
- U.S. citizenship, nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for required U.S. Department of State authorization

- Conduct inventories and place orders
- Receive and inspect vendor deliveries
- Set standards for ordering and receiving
- Maintain inventory records
- Monitor departmental spending
- Reconcile invoices and submit purchase orders
- Manage porter and dishwasher operations
- Support events and move equipment
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and attendance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
- Maintain staff training and credentials
- Maintain safe and clean operational areas
- Monitor equipment and asset maintenance
