About the Role
You will lead end-to-end systems engineering for sensing, perception, maps, and localization. You will define autonomous-vehicle requirements and technical contracts, validate them with physical and simulated data, improve sensor simulation, support the safety case, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle for sensing, perception, maps, and localization
- Create and refine autonomous vehicle requirements
- Define sensing, perception, and localization contracts
- Connect software, hardware, AI, and safety stakeholders to resolve system bottlenecks
- Use physical and simulated data to verify sensor-suite and localization requirements
- Improve sensor simulation and synthetic-data generation
- Map safety goals to deployed architecture and verification and validation
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
