About the Role
You will build and evolve an intelligent-agent platform that integrates data, models, tools, and APIs at enterprise scale. You will develop GenAI pipelines, implement LLMOps and AgentOps infrastructure, improve observability, and ensure security, governance, and compliance across AI solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer, Backend Engineer, or in AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience building and operating agents, GenAI applications, and production LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vectorization, semantic indexing, and agent-based architectures.
- Experience with observability, operational metrics, and AI-system monitoring.
- Experience with CI/CD, model versioning, and ML or LLMOps pipeline automation.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Go or Java.
- Proficiency in distributed and event-driven architectures, including Kafka, Spark, Flink, and Airflow.
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure, including infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, and modern agent-system integration standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the intelligent-agent platform.
- Design and implement AI platform components, including registry, runtime, evaluations, observability, governance, and agent integrations.
- Integrate solutions using MCP and A2A protocols.
- Design, develop, and maintain GenAI pipelines.
- Implement and scale LLMOps and AgentOps infrastructure.
- Implement end-to-end observability using logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and Datadog.
- Develop and track quality, performance, cost, and value metrics.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security for agents, pipelines, and data.
- Apply RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt-engineering strategies with proprietary and open-source models.
- Collaborate on large-scale GenAI solutions.
