About the Role
You will establish deployment foundations, including CI/CD, shared development and staging environments, and demo-ready hosting. You will own product-facing infrastructure such as the API gateway and audit pipeline. You may design deployment workflows, build authentication middleware and request routing, implement event logging and observability, codify environments with infrastructure as code, and define operational patterns for the engineering team.
Requirements
- Build CI/CD pipelines and shared environments for production systems.
- Deploy and operate containerized applications across staging and production, including secrets, networking, monitoring, and incident response.
- Design API gateways, reverse proxies, or authentication middleware with token validation, rate limiting, and service routing.
- Build audit or event logging pipelines for observable and queryable security- or compliance-relevant activity.
- Write production service code in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar systems-oriented language.
- Establish infrastructure patterns from scratch, including infrastructure as code, deployment runbooks, and environment management.
