About the Role
You will build and operate secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure for AI models and production agentic workflows. You will create observability, governance controls, reusable platform capabilities, and deployment automation. You will partner on integrations, support adoption through documentation and troubleshooting, and participate in on-call support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building APIs, services, and developer tooling
- System design and multi-team infrastructure decision-making experience
- Experience building and operating platforms or infrastructure for engineering teams
- Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, model providers, gateways, MCP, agent frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Distributed-systems observability experience
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and auditability
- Communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate infrastructure for safe and cost-effective AI model access
- Build runtimes, services, and developer tooling for production agentic workflows
- Create observability through metrics, tracing, and logging
- Implement secure, compliant, and auditable governance controls
- Develop reusable platform primitives, integrations, and guardrails
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
- Partner on platform integration, policy, and rollout
- Troubleshoot issues, document patterns, and educate platform users
- Own projects end to end and improve the platform from feedback
- Participate in the on-call rotation
