About the Role
You will build and operate observability data pipelines, correlation engines, health checks, infrastructure APIs, and a production control plane. You will maintain fleet state as a source of truth, support machine management and distributed command execution, and integrate new hardware and sites into infrastructure systems.
Requirements
- Experience designing scalable APIs
- Experience shipping production services used by other teams at scale
- Fluency with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks, and AI coding tools
- Ability to operate incident response and postmortem processes
Responsibilities
- Build and operate observability data pipelines, correlation engines, and health-check frameworks
- Design infrastructure API contracts and tooling
- Build a production control plane for machine management, state inspection, and distributed command execution
- Own fleet state, SLOs, and integrations with infrastructure and customer-facing operations platforms
- Integrate ZTP, DHCP, DNS, artifacts, new XPU generations, and sites into the platform
- Run incidents, write postmortems, and fix systemic causes
