Responsibilities
- Own the internal AI developer platform end to end
- Evaluate and integrate AI coding tools and build monorepo context infrastructure
- Build self-service frameworks for engineers to create agents
- Establish evaluation practices for AI-assisted development
- Drive adoption through developer experience, documentation, and low-friction defaults
- Embed with teams and turn successful workflows into platform capabilities
- Own permissions, secrets handling, audit trails, and cost management
