About the Role

You will develop and execute a personal-brand strategy for the founder. You will cultivate media relationships, secure interviews and bylined opportunities, oversee thought-leadership content, arrange speaking engagements, prepare public appearances, manage reputation, maintain social messaging, and use performance metrics to refine strategy.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing the personal brand of a high-net-worth individual or public figure
• Network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 media contacts, event organizers, and bloggers in the technology, AI, and robotics sectors across the USA, UK, and Europe
• Media relationship management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a personal-brand strategy for the founder
• Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers
• Secure interviews, features, and bylined articles
• Oversee articles, social posts, speeches, and thought-leadership content
• Identify and arrange speaking opportunities
• Prepare the founder for public appearances and media interactions
• Monitor and manage public image and reputation
• Lead social-media strategy and maintain consistent messaging
• Track performance metrics and adjust brand strategies
