About the Role
You will own paid acquisition channels, evaluate new growth opportunities, and turn experiments into scalable programs. You will analyze full-funnel performance, improve measurement and attribution with data and engineering partners, collaborate on creative, and build AI workflows that accelerate campaign operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing, quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science experience
- Analytical judgment
- Experiment design
- AI workflow, automation, or agent-building experience
- Campaign setup, tracking, and measurement experience
Responsibilities
- Own performance across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit
- Identify and prioritize new acquisition channels
- Design experiments and scale successful programs
- Analyze full-funnel performance and make channel investment decisions
- Improve tracking, attribution, and reporting with data and engineering partners
- Collaborate on messaging, formats, and ad concepts
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools for channel operations
