About the Role
You will design the end-to-end people data ecosystem from reliable pipelines and governed models to AI agents and automations. You will analyze workforce questions build predictive models support engagement surveys establish safe evaluation patterns and translate insights into decisions while protecting sensitive data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience building data pipelines with SQL Python dbt or Airflow and cloud data warehouses
- Foundation in statistics machine learning and experiment design
- Working knowledge of people and HR data
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent communication skills

- Build and maintain people data pipelines
- Model data for analytics and machine learning
- Build predictive and diagnostic workforce models
- Translate people questions into rigorous analyses
- Support employee engagement survey design and analysis
- Deploy AI agents and workflow automations
- Establish guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Own the architecture connecting pipelines models and agents
- Set technical standards through code reviews and design documents
