About the Role
You will support the construction and analysis of people indicators, dashboards, management reports, and presentations. You will help improve and automate processes, prepare institutional policies and materials, support engagement initiatives, and coordinate operational matters with internal areas and suppliers.

- Ongoing higher education in Administration Psychology Engineering Statistics Information Technology Systems or a related field
Responsibilities
- Structure and maintain people indicators including headcount diversity turnover training and engagement
- Support the creation of dashboards reports and presentations
- Automate and continuously improve processes and controls
- Prepare and review policies procedures institutional materials and management reports
- Support diagnostic listening and engagement initiatives
- Support communication with internal areas and strategic people projects
- Coordinate operational matters with bank areas and suppliers
