About the Role

You will be a key support to the Payroll Manager, ensuring administrative and payroll operations in Côte d'Ivoire run with flawless accuracy. You'll handle payroll-related tasks such as supporting payroll processing, monitoring social security payments, preparing statements, and calculating deductions. You'll also manage payroll admin tasks including keeping employee data current in the HRIS, registering new employees for health insurance, issuing administrative documents, and recording vacation and absences.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • At least 2 year's experience processing payroll in Côte d'Ivoire
  • Fluent in French
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of Côte d'Ivoire labor law and Payroll administration
  • Work authorization in Cote d'Ivoire

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing duties for Côte d'Ivoire employees
  • Monitor social security payments and prepare monthly and quarterly statements for contribution funds (IPRES, CSS, etc.)
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including tax withholdings
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance departments as necessary
  • Support the preparation of payroll control files and other payroll duties
  • Keep up-to-date employee data via the HRIS
  • Register new employees on the health insurance program
  • Own administrative tasks and issue administrative documents to employees
  • Ensure that all relevant vacation and absences are recorded in the HRIS
