About the Role
You'll join the Product team at Coins.ph, bringing a strong payments background to help drive data-informed decisions rooted in industry best practices. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to build and expand fiat payment offerings, productize payment solutions for external partners, and optimize the entire payments user journey alongside Engineering and Design.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM, business, finance, or economics
- Experience building end-to-end payment rails, from frontend flows and provider integrations to settlement and reconciliation
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and external partners
- Curiosity and an entrepreneurial drive
Responsibilities
- Build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks
- Productize payments solutions including e-wallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat products for external partners
- Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize user journeys in payment flows and backend order processing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Own operational metrics such as payment conversion rates
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, banks, and external partners to scale the business while managing operational efficiency
- Interface with external clients on API integration questions and troubleshooting
