About the Role
You will manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners, payment providers, and strategic vendors. You will support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new payment partners, conduct provider comparison analyses, assist in negotiating commercial terms, and build business cases for new partnerships. You will act as a business analyst for payment integrations, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and producing requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation. You will map current and future-state payment processes, support UAT and post-launch monitoring, and drive problem-solving initiatives. You will own and manage Know Your Business reviews across providers, coordinate remediation documentation across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners, and support governance and control frameworks. You will partner with Institutional, Treasury, Product, and Operations teams to design and optimise payment flows for high-value deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and fiat on/off ramps.
