About the Role
You will supervise automated options trading during the Taiwan night session, assess live trading risks, and act as the first responder for production issues. You will pause or disable strategies within defined guardrails, coordinate incident resolution, document actions, and improve system resilience and operational processes.
Requirements
- 1–7 years of experience in trading trade supervision trade monitoring risk application engineering or a comparable financial-markets role
- Ability to work evening and overnight hours on an ongoing basis
- Trading exposure across asset classes or strategies
- Knowledge of exchange-specific trading rules and procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Python
- Linux command-line tools
- Large dataset extraction and manipulation
Responsibilities
- Monitor automated options trading systems across TXO options and futures
- Assess trading activity for risk compliance and production issues
- Pause or disable strategies when defined thresholds are met
- Own incident detection diagnosis mitigation and resolution
- Coordinate with traders risk managers engineers brokers and the exchange
- Improve system stability automation monitoring and operational processes
- Document incidents actions escalations and resolutions
