About the Role

You will research CEX and DEX market data, including order books, trade flows, and on-chain signals. You will design, implement, and deploy algorithmic strategies, own their performance, optimize execution and capital efficiency, report market and risk conditions, analyze trades, and improve trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven record of developing and deploying profitable crypto trading strategies
• Experience building trading strategies from zero to one with measurable P&L outcomes
• Knowledge of crypto market structure, CEX and DEX mechanics, liquidity behavior, and volatility
• Experience with short-horizon, high-frequency, high-turnover strategies
• Programming experience in C++ or Rust; Python is acceptable for research
• STEM degree or equivalent quantitative trading or systems-development experience
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Research CEX and DEX market data, order books, trade flows, and on-chain signals
• Design, implement, and deploy algorithmic trading strategies
• Own strategy performance, P&L, and risk iteration
• Expand automated trading to new products, venues, and liquidity pools
• Optimize execution quality and capital efficiency
• Report market conditions, portfolio exposure, risk metrics, and P&L
• Perform post-trade analysis and improve risk-adjusted returns
• Collaborate to enhance infrastructure, latency, and execution systems

Hiring Process
