About the Role
You will coordinate safety-driver communications and schedules, track and document run progress, update the Truck Management System, maintain operational SOPs, troubleshoot autonomous-system issues, and support AV system setup and health checks.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems using operating systems
- Knowledge of Google Office tools, including spreadsheets, docs, and drive
- Organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate with safety drivers
- Track and document run progress
- Manage and update information in the Truck Management System
- Set driver schedules based on available assignments
- Create and maintain operations SOP documentation
- Troubleshoot and document autonomous-system issues
- Report trip issues and logistical discrepancies
- Assist with AV system setup and health checks
