About the Role
You will lead receiving, verify deliveries against orders and documentation, and resolve discrepancies. You will design storage layouts and material-handling standards, distribute equipment, manage returns, maintain inventory records, coordinate deliveries and access, and create an internal-logistics process playbook.
Requirements
- 4+ years in logistics, warehouse coordination, receiving, or internal distribution with responsibility for a workflow or area
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to use spreadsheets and inventory records
- Ability to design processes in a dynamic environment
- Professional English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead receiving, verify deliveries against orders and documentation, and manage discrepancies
- Design and operate storage layouts, identification, and material- and equipment-handling standards
- Manage internal distribution of equipment and materials and handle returns
- Maintain accurate receiving, storage, and distribution records for asset management
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and facility access with carriers, suppliers, and facilities staff
- Build an internal-logistics playbook covering processes, controls, and layouts
