About the Role
You will set the data and insights strategy for Operations and lead analysts across customer experience, AI operations, and operational measurement. You will establish trusted metrics, design measurement frameworks, create executive reporting, translate strategic questions into analysis, and set analytical quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a data or insights function and developing a team.
- Quantitative and statistical expertise in experiment design, significance testing, non-inferiority testing, and metric selection.
- Ability to connect metrics to business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.
- SQL and cloud data warehousing experience, including BigQuery or similar.
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Git, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Financial services, fintech, regulated consumer business, or service-operations knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Operations data and insights strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts.
- Establish a trusted source of truth for operational and customer experience metrics.
- Build self-service reporting.
- Design measurement and monitoring frameworks for transformation initiatives.
- Develop experiment designs, guardrails, performance thresholds, and executive scorecards.
- Translate strategic problems into structured analytical approaches and business cases.
- Set standards for briefs, assumptions, peer reviews, and documented analysis.
- Champion responsible use of AI and automation in service delivery.
