About the Role
You advance global coordination and oversight of ICAAP and ICARA economic capital and risk assessments. You enhance scenario-analysis methodologies and training, support workshops and legal-entity quantifications, own operational risk models, facilitate data delivery, support model-risk and audit reviews, and contribute to internal stress testing and other risk programs.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent
- Advanced degree or professional certification valued
- CPA certification highly valued
- Minimum five years of relevant financial services experience
- Operational risk or finance experience preferred
- Subject matter expertise in operational risk and related modeling concepts
- Strong communication, negotiation, partnership, prioritization, and project-management skills
Responsibilities
- Enhance the global ICAAP and ICARA economic-capital coordination and oversight program
- Update scenario-analysis methodologies and training materials
- Assist facilitators in delivering scenario-analysis training
- Participate in legal-entity capital scenario-analysis workshops
- Review and challenge legal-entity scenario quantifications
- Own operational risk models supporting ICAAP and ICARA capital estimation
- Facilitate data delivery to model users
- Support model-risk management and corporate-audit reviews
- Contribute to the annual CCAR stress test
