About the Role

You will identify, measure, and manage operational risks. You will develop the operational-risk framework, advise the business on risks and controls, facilitate risk assessments, manage risk governance, and report findings to management and the board.

Operational risk management experience in a financial institution
Risk assessment

Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for licensed financial institutions
DORA knowledge
Technical understanding of processes and systems
Written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

Develop the operational risk framework
Run risk assessments and turn findings into business actions
Advise the business on operational risk, incidents, and controls
Facilitate risk self-assessment workshops
Register and track identified risks and incidents
Provide ICAAP input and report to management and the board
Govern the Product Approval Process
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
