Skills
About the Role
You'll design and build AI-powered workflows that automate entity compliance tracking, deadline monitoring, document routing, and intercompany agreement management across 20+ jurisdictions. You'll own the global entity infrastructure, including incorporation pipelines, banking setup, director management, registered agent renewals, and annual filing calendars. You'll create the single source of truth for all entity data, replacing scattered tools with a centralized, always-current system. You'll prioritize ruthlessly, identifying the highest-leverage bottlenecks and building solutions that matter most. You'll support executive decision-making with fast, structured research and project execution on high-priority initiatives. You'll also establish ops policies and documentation that let a lean team scale without adding headcount.
