Office Operations and Events Intern

About the Role

You will support daily operations and front desk activities, welcome visitors and members, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure workspace readiness. You will prepare and set up spaces for community and corporate events, manage guest flow and registrations, assist with event breakdown and operational follow-up, and perform general administrative coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Students or recent graduates in hospitality, business management, event management or similar
  • Enjoy practical work and event execution, not only desk-based tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, service-minded and confident in dealing with guests
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible, dependable and willing to support where needed
  • Fluent in English
  • German intermediate
  • Valid driving license (nice to have)
  • Valid work permit (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of the space and front desk activities

  • Assist with meeting room coordination and general workspace readiness
  • Prepare and set up spaces for community and corporate events
  • Support guest flow, registrations and event logistics on-site
  • Assist with breakdown, organization and operational follow-up after events
