About the Role
You will execute and support the Integrated Management System and Strategic Road Safety Plan. You will coordinate audits, ISO certification processes, client responses, vehicle operating-card procedures, regulatory reports, documentation, risk controls, training, communications, legal compliance, and mandatory committee follow-up.
Requirements
- Technical or technological qualification in administrative sciences or related integrated management systems fields.
- Occupational health and safety license.
- More than 3 years of desirable experience executing or supporting integrated management systems.
- Knowledge of Office and G Suite.
- Knowledge of road-incident and workplace-accident investigations.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 45000, ISO 39000, Decree 1072 of 2015, and Resolution 40595 of 2022.
- Knowledge of first-, second-, and third-party audit support.
- Knowledge of reporting to government entities.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support the Integrated Management System and Strategic Road Safety Plan.
- Conduct client-requested audits for the Integrated Management System and Strategic Road Safety Plan.
- Support ISO certification, recertification, and new certification processes.
- Respond to corporate-client requirements related to the Integrated Management System and Strategic Road Safety Plan.
- Coordinate procedures with authorities to obtain vehicle operating cards.
- Prepare and submit Road Safety Plan reports to transport authorities.
- Create, update, and review documentation for the Integrated Management System and Strategic Road Safety Plan.
- Ensure risk controls, training, communications, and legal requirements are met.
- Execute audits of interested parties.
- Monitor mandatory COPASST, coexistence, and other organizational committees.
