About the Role
You will provide continuous oversight and response for AI and machine learning infrastructure. You will deliver direct customer support, triage inbound cases, manage impacts across compute, storage, and network resources, provide incident updates and escalations, maintain runbooks, and support SRE with fleet maintenance and planned upgrades.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years of experience directly supporting customers using network or compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments
Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support for infrastructure users
- Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments
- Triage inbound customer cases
- Provide timely incident updates and escalate when necessary
- Create and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks
- Support SRE with fleet management, firmware and configuration upgrades, and planned maintenance
- Communicate customer needs to product and platform teams
