About the Role

You will enhance and grow the Android mobile app by designing, building, and launching new products. You will help scale the codebase and engineering productivity, conduct code reviews, set standards, collaborate with Product and Design on key features, and use customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of mobile development experience
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Compose for Android development
• Experience launching at least one mobile app or several features used by a large number of users
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new products for the Android app
• Establish engineering processes, tools, and systems that scale the codebase and productivity
• Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify key app features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer feedback and improve the product
