About the Role

You will validate mixed-signal architectures for photonic communication systems. You will specify and validate system-level designs, compare hardware with simulation predictions, translate pre-silicon verification into post-silicon validation, support firmware validation, and author architectural specifications and test methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 7 or more years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AMS electronics design flows
• Track record of delivering high-volume silicon products
• Knowledge of mixed-signal circuit design for high-speed analog and photonic links
• Experience with device bring-up, control, and digital signal processing
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments and test setups
• Capacity to comply with U.S. export control laws

Responsibilities

• Own mixed-signal architecture validation for the Passage product line
• Influence mixed-signal architecture from concept through high-volume production
• Validate and specify system-level mixed-signal designs
• Work with test and validation engineers to compare hardware with simulation predictions
• Collaborate with the design-verification team on post-silicon validation
• Support architectural-level firmware validation
• Author, review, and validate architectural specifications and test methodologies
• Identify architectural improvements, pitfalls, and mitigation strategies
