About the Role
You will support client change initiatives across State Street Alpha and Charles River environments. You will interpret client requirements, assess impacts, gather and document requirements, support testing and implementation, coordinate project plans, maintain process documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- Foundational understanding of business processes, system flows, and data concepts
- Project or change initiative experience in financial services
- Experience with business requirements, process maps, or test cases
- Fluent spoken and written English
