About the Role
Join an agile team designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions. Develop and deploy secure smart contracts, contribute across the blockchain development lifecycle, collaborate with frontend and backend teams, research emerging blockchain technologies, maintain documentation, and provide technical expertise while following security and scalability best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a blockchain developer
- Experience with smart contract development, testing, and deployment
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and Go
- Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, Substrate, and similar blockchain frameworks
- Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, token standards, and decentralized governance
- Experience with Oracle services, layer-2 solutions, and side-chains
- Understanding of cryptographic principles underpinning blockchain technologies
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with developers, designers, and product managers
- Continual learning attitude and awareness of emerging blockchain trends and best practices
- Residency in the European Union
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in an agile team to design, implement, and maintain blockchain-based solutions and systems
- Develop and deploy smart contracts, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently
- Contribute to the full blockchain development lifecycle, from concept to implementation and beyond
- Work with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain functionalities seamlessly
- Research and implement new technologies and tools in the blockchain ecosystem
- Maintain documentation for blockchain components, including smart contract specifications and architectural overviews
- Provide expertise on blockchain capabilities and implementations during meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Ensure blockchain implementations follow security, scalability, and industry best practices
