About the Role
You'll join an agile team designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions and systems. You will develop and deploy smart contracts, making sure they run securely and efficiently. You'll be involved in the full blockchain development lifecycle, from concept through implementation and beyond, working closely with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain functionalities seamlessly. You'll continuously research and adopt new tools and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem, keep documentation of blockchain components up to date, and share your expertise on blockchain solutions during team meetings and brainstorming sessions, always adhering to industry standards for security and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a blockchain developer
- In-depth experience with smart contract development, testing, and deployment
- Proficiency in Solidity and other blockchain programming languages such as Rust and Go
- Familiarity with blockchain frameworks and platforms, like Truffle, Hardhat, Substrate, etc.
- Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, token standards, and decentralized governance
- Experience with off-chain technologies, including Oracle services, layer-2 solutions, and side-chains
- Solid understanding of cryptographic principles underpinning blockchain technologies
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers
- Continual learning attitude, staying updated with emerging trends and best practices
- Residing in the European Union
