Merchant Opening Supervisor

About the Role

You will supervise a team of field-based merchant openers and oversee deployment of merchant products in assigned zones. You will train, manage and assist merchant openers daily, follow up on individual performance and prepare team reports, assist with onboarding large partners, handle inbound support follow-ups for your location, and collect and relay merchant feedback and technical issues from the field. You will also support and report on daily openings and BTL activities.

Requirements

  • Work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire
  • Fluent in French with proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in merchant payment and management of field-based promoters
  • Proficiency with computers and Android phones
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Previous experience in stock management

  • Train and manage merchant openers
  • Monitor individual performance and prepare team reports
