About the Role
Plan, build, release, and maintain high-quality backend software while driving system architecture and technical direction. Develop APIs and automation for client-facing services supporting advisors, custody, and trading; lead complex projects; improve maintainability through refactoring; foster testing practices; and mentor engineers.

- 8+ years of professional experience building backend services
- Experience building complex distributed systems
- Experience leading large-scale architectural projects
- Experience building resilient services
- Focus on end-user experience and business value
- Commitment to code quality and test infrastructure
- Strong concurrency, algorithms, and data structures fundamentals
- Willingness to collaborate and mentor others
- Familiarity with Go, with languages learnable on the job
