About the Role
You will research and integrate new cryptoassets, build scalable infrastructure for blockchain networks, and implement features such as staking, governance, and vesting. You will support asset upgrades, monitor network issues, contribute and review code across the stack, influence architecture and product roadmaps, and help scale the team.
Requirements
- Experience building complex distributed systems.
- Ability to build services from scratch and support them over time.
- Commitment to code quality and test infrastructure.
- Knowledge of concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
Responsibilities
- Research new cryptoassets and integrate them into the platform.
- Implement client participatory features, including staking, governance, and vesting.
- Develop infrastructure that scales across crypto networks.
- Support assets through upgrades and monitor network-wide issues.
- Contribute and review code across the engineering organization.
- Balance rapid delivery with quality.
- Foster deterministic testing practices while minimizing technical debt and bureaucracy.
- Influence architecture and product roadmaps.
