About the Role
You will scale synthetic coding data, distill flagship-model capabilities into flash models, optimize mid-training data mixtures, engineer long-context data recipes, and develop robust evaluations for model checkpoints.
Requirements
- Apply machine-learning and large-model scaling expertise
- Design machine-learning experiments
- Curate AI training data for text, image, audio, and video
- Use Spark, Ray, and large-scale data-processing frameworks
