About the Role
You will build scalable model-training software and research tools for language-model post-training. You will optimize supervised fine-tuning, offline preference, and reinforcement-learning methods; experiment on cluster and data infrastructure; and coordinate with engineering and scientific teams to improve the post-training ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Design and write scalable model-training software
- Develop tools that accelerate research and language-model training
- Coordinate with engineering and scientific teams
- Implement techniques that improve training performance and speed
- Optimize supervised fine-tuning, offline preference, and reinforcement-learning training
- Research, implement, and experiment on cluster and data infrastructure
