About the Role
You will build safety infrastructure for image, video, and audio generation. You will develop content moderation, risk detection, evaluations, feedback loops, and safeguards, then own these safety features through deployment, monitoring, incident response, and refinement.
Requirements
- Use Rust to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
- Design production safety, trust and safety, or content moderation systems
- Develop real-time detection systems, data pipelines, or evaluation frameworks
- Deliver reliable high-performance solutions at scale
- Apply engineering problem-solving to safety challenges
- Demonstrate knowledge of responsible AI development
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable safety systems for media generation
- Build real-time content moderation, risk detection, and safeguard enforcement systems
- Measure, monitor, and mitigate content-safety risks
- Develop safety-policy tools, pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
- Architect feedback loops between user interactions, model outputs, and training data
- Own safety features from problem definition through incident response and refinement
- Embed safety into core product features
