About the Role
You will lead applied ML projects from customer discovery through production deployment. You will integrate and optimize model inference, build data pipelines, evaluation systems, serving components, and reference implementations. You will fine-tune models, analyze failures, collaborate with customer engineers, and turn deployment lessons into reusable tooling and product feedback.
Requirements
- Engineering experience building, testing, and shipping production-quality ML systems
- Experience deploying modern language, multimodal, or deep learning models
- Experience with model serving, performance profiling, or inference optimization
- Proficiency with the open-source ML ecosystem
- Experience designing evaluations and analyzing model failures
- Experience leading technical customer discussions
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience using agents to amplify work
Responsibilities
- Own customer ML projects from technical discovery through production deployment
- Integrate, profile, and optimize model inference
- Build data pipelines, evaluation systems, serving components, and reference implementations
- Fine-tune and post-train models
- Design task-specific evaluations and conduct error analysis
- Work with customer engineering teams during design, integration, testing, and rollout
- Create reusable deployment and evaluation tooling
- Provide feedback to improve models, inference systems, documentation, and product roadmap
