About the Role
You will define and own the product vision and roadmap for institutional stablecoin use cases, translating bank and PSP requirements into scalable, regulator-ready product capabilities. You will partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and auditable stablecoin infrastructure, fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, and liquidity management. You will collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, and banking stakeholders to embed regulatory requirements into product design. You will incorporate client feedback and market insights to iterate product features and prioritize deliveries that meet institutional settlement and treasury needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on banking payments FX or capital markets
- Demonstrated experience owning complex regulated financial products from concept through production
- Deep understanding of stablecoins institutional payments FX and treasury workflows
- Knowledge of API design including webhooks and idempotency and experience guiding API and data model design
- Familiarity with payment rails ACH RTP Fedwire and related clearing systems and messaging requirements
- Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages such as Python or Node for automation and data analysis
- Ability to set technical standards for authentication permissions rate limits versioning and compatibility
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
