About the Role
You'll own the detailed prioritization of your product's roadmap, balancing new feature development with technical debt, while shaping long-term strategy based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. You'll deliver complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies, driving swift execution while maintaining quality. You'll drive comprehensive go-to-market strategy, defining success metrics and iterating based on data-driven insights. You'll work closely with engineering and design counterparts throughout the product development process, leading and influencing cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organization. You'll exercise independent decision-making, take full ownership of product strategy and execution, and contribute strategic insights that shape the company's direction. You'll build a deep understanding of the business, navigate organizational processes, and act as a thoughtful knowledge partner to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience
- Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams
- Deep investment in optimizing end-user experience to create business value
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building financial or crypto products (bonus)
- Experience building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions as a PM or developer (bonus)
- Experience working in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products (bonus)
- Experience working in highly regulated industries (bonus)
