About the Role

You will diagnose robot faults remotely using telemetry and digital diagnostics, resolve issues where possible, and produce detailed physical-intervention recommendations. You will prioritize SLA-driven cases, keep customers informed, document resolutions, escalate R&D cases, and occasionally travel for difficult on-site interventions.

Requirements

  • Robot hardware knowledge, including 2D/3D LiDAR, RGB cameras, motors, and actuators
  • Robot software troubleshooting with ROS2, Bash, Ubuntu/Linux, bootloader, and firmware
  • Remote fault diagnosis
  • Technical communication with customers and field teams
  • Documentation
  • Occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose robot faults remotely using telemetry and Digital Shadow diagnostics
  • Resolve issues remotely and identify root causes before escalation
  • Produce physical-intervention recommendations with required actions, parts, skills, time, and tooling
  • Travel on-site when local resources cannot resolve an issue
  • Prioritize cases against SLAs and provide customers with clear updates
  • Document diagnoses and resolutions
  • Escalate cases requiring R&D through the engineering entry point
