About the Role
You will analyze development needs, write functional specifications, and lead instrumentation projects for manufacturing processes. You will select technical solutions and measurement-chain components, contribute to electrical and mechanical design studies, develop acquisition software, integrate AI models, test solutions, and prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- Pursue a master's-level engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in mechatronics or instrumentation
- Have initial experience with LabVIEW development
- Demonstrate French proficiency and intermediate English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Analyze development needs
- Write functional specifications based on customer needs
- Lead a manufacturing-process instrumentation project
- Consult suppliers and select technical solutions
- Perform electrical design studies and contribute to mechanical studies
- Select measurement-chain components
- Develop data-acquisition software using LabVIEW and Python
- Contribute to integrating AI models for data processing
- Test and validate developed solutions
- Write test reports, user guides, and machine documentation
