About the Role
You will support mechanical and thermal engineering work for high-power ASIC systems. You will contribute to NPI prototyping, manufacturing fixture development, liquid-cooling technologies, and rack-level system development, while working across mechanical and electrical engineering.
Requirements
- Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience building mechanical systems, boards, or other hands-on projects
- Knowledge of the board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration
Responsibilities
- Support NPI prototyping
- Develop manufacturing fixtures
- Work on liquid-cooling technologies
- Contribute to rack-level system development
