Requirements
- Experience with electromechanical or mechanical systems through an internship, extracurricular project, or lab research.
- Knowledge of part design, material selection, and design for manufacturing and assembly.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, building, debugging, and working in a prototype machine shop.
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, evaluate, and test product solutions.
- Design rotary and linear motion actuators, enclosures, and cable harnesses.
- Create parts, assemblies, and dimensioned drawings using SOLIDWORKS and GD&T.
- Create simulations, run tests, and conduct engineering analyses.
