About the Role
You will prepare, organize, store, and monitor packages used in test runs. You will support test and development activities, maintain tidy warehouse workspaces, handle damaged packages, and assist with specific testing needs. You may travel to customer sites when needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse-machinery operation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support multiple simultaneous release test cycles
- Ability to travel and work at customer sites in some situations
- Ability to lift 40 pounds or heavier with assistance
- Ability to stand and walk in a warehouse for most of the day
Responsibilities
- Arrange test packages before and after test runs
- Assist test and development team members during test runs
- Return packages to storage after testing
- Maintain tidy storage and work areas
- Organize, maintain, and monitor package inventory
- Store damaged customer packages for return
- Reuse damaged internal packages as stuffing when possible
- Assist with specific testing needs
