About the Role
You will move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas; stage and pull materials for work orders; maintain lot and serial traceability; record inventory transactions in NetSuite; operate material-handling equipment; support inventory counts; and follow explosives-handling, PPE, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and state and federal background checks
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain state and federal explosives licenses
- 1–3 years of material handling, warehouse, or production-floor experience in manufacturing
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain it upon hire
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and bin assignments
- Basic ERP/MRP inventory-transaction proficiency
- U.S. person status or eligibility to obtain required export authorization
Responsibilities
- Move received materials to designated warehouse locations
- Stage materials, components, and kits for production work centers
- Pull and verify materials against work orders and bills of materials
- Coordinate material handoffs and inspection status
- Return unused, excess, or rejected materials to storage or quarantine
- Record inventory movements accurately in NetSuite
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean and compliant storage areas
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Escalate damaged, non-conforming, or mislabeled materials
- Maintain lot and serial-number traceability
- Follow explosives-handling protocols and safety procedures
