About the Role

You will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, develop preventative maintenance programs, ensure code compliance, interpret blueprints, manage electrical projects, mentor electricians, and lead safety efforts in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Valid and current Master Electrician license
  • Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician
  • Advanced proficiency with electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train electricians
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions
  • Drug and alcohol program participation
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with PLC programming or automation systems
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with high-voltage systems
  • Knowledge of NEC and other relevant standards

  • Conduct electrical inspections
  • Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Develop detailed plans for electrical projects
  • Mentor and train other electricians
  • Promote safety and ensure adherence to OSHA guidelines
  • Manage electrical projects, resources, and timelines
