The platform connects custody providers with staking and yield providers, allowing clients to sign and stake from custody, select validators, monitor staking and DeFi activity, and access reporting while maintaining compliance and operational controls.

About the Role
You will drive digital marketing, brand awareness, and B2B product promotion for institutional audiences. You will manage social, advertising, email, website, SEO, analytics, and event marketing activities; translate blockchain topics into engaging content; and optimize campaigns using performance data.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Website SEO and optimization experience.
- Experience with Substack, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or the Web3 industry.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on social media strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Substack.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and corporate visibility efforts with external PR agencies.
- Create, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X.
- Align marketing communications with product development cycles for launches, updates, and technical announcements.
- Support go-to-market execution with positioning documents, one-pagers, and value proposition frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams on messaging and market relevance.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for segmented audiences.
- Craft high-converting emails with compelling copy and clear calls to action.
- Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns using engagement analytics.
- Manage email tools to maintain deliverability and audience growth.
- Manage WordPress website content and updates.
- Create and maintain landing pages for product verticals, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and development teams on site performance and user experience.
- Track and improve onsite funnels using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
- Identify and implement SEO opportunities with technical teams.
- Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Set up and refine conversion goals aligned with marketing KPIs.
- Analyze website and campaign performance and produce actionable reports.
- Track and report key metrics across LinkedIn, X, and Substack.
- Support the planning and promotion of industry events, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, speaker materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create branded collateral for live and virtual engagements.
- Evaluate event success through lead generation, feedback, and ROI metrics.
