Rho Protocol is a decentralized, crypto-native interest rate derivatives market designed for maximum capital efficiency. It enables users to trade funding rates from major CEXs and DEXs, hedge funding rate risk, and secure fixed staking rewards. The platform offers unique leveraged interest rate trading opportunities, bringing a large TradFi asset class to Web3. For passive investors, the Rho Liquidity Vault allows users to deposit stablecoins (USDC/USDT) to earn protocol trading fees without active trading. Rho Protocol caters to a diverse user base, including liquidity providers, traders, and service providers who can embed Rho's products into their own offerings. It provides tools for hedging against interest rate fluctuations, capitalizing on rate movements, executing arbitrage strategies, generating income through enhanced yield strategies, and diversifying portfolios. The protocol features a router for write-based interactions, a quoter for calculations and decision-making data, and a ViewDataProvider for retrieving the protocol's state. About the Role
You will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across institutional and professional trading audiences. You will focus on delivering high-quality marketing execution across Web3 and institutional finance ecosystems, helping strengthen the company's position as a leading derivatives and trading infrastructure platform. This is a practical, delivery-oriented role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, business development, and operations. You should be comfortable with technical products, able to manage multiple workstreams, and consistently ship high-quality outputs.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles, ideally in Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Solid understanding of crypto markets and derivatives trading such as perpetuals, futures, options, and rates products
- Hands-on approach with strong project management skills and ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with product and technical teams to collect inputs and turn them into publishable outputs
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy
- Experience supporting community and ecosystem engagement through content, updates, and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns such as product launches, announcements, and ecosystem activations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Create and coordinate marketing content such as product pages, blog posts, announcements, newsletters, and social content
- Refine and apply consistent messaging across channels, translating technical product updates into clear and credible communications
- Assist BD and partnerships with co-marketing activities such as joint announcements, launch kits, and partner content
- Maintain basic marketing processes and documentation such as content calendars, launch checklists, and asset libraries
- Track campaign performance and basic KPIs, summarize results, and suggest incremental improvements
- Support event participation and community engagements by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
- Collaborate with Product, Ops/Legal, and Leadership to ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with priorities
