About the Role
You will build core product marketing from scratch and manage the project's external communications. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with the open-source community, represent the product at conferences and online events, arrange podcast appearances and contribute to publications. You will create and coordinate a content strategy to educate audiences, promote technical innovations and acquire users. You will set broad marketing KPIs, test acquisition channels and strategies, monitor campaign performance, collect results and iterate with the team. You will work closely with subject matter experts across engineering and product to create accurate, compelling messaging.
Requirements
- Previous experience in content marketing and/or growth strategy
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Experience with marketing analytics, automation and CRM tools
- Strong interest in crypto, web3 and privacy tech (prior experience in crypto is a bonus)
- Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering and product development
- Proven experience in relationship-building and establishing strategic partnerships in web3 (nice to have)
- Bilingual (English, Swedish or Chinese) (nice to have)
